Day 1BARCELONA

After your independent arrival at Barcelona airport transfer to the hotel. Overnight.

Day 2BARCELONA

Breakfast, then city tour of Barcelona. Starting with a walking tour of the Gothic Quarter to see Las Ramblas, Barcelona Cathedral, and the old Jewish Quarter. Afterwards take the tour bus for a panoramic tour of the city passing though Passeig de Gracia Street then free time in the Poble Español with craft shops, restaurants and bars. Finally, back through Espana square, the twin Venetian towers, Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya to Catalunya square where the day tours ends with free time to explore the city. Accommodation at the hotel.

Day 3BARCELONA – MADRID by train

Breakfast. Transfer to Sants rail station. Departure by speed AVE train to Madrid at 9 a.m. Arrival at 11:45 a.m. Transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon panoramic sightseeing tour of Madrid to see the Arabic fortress, the Barrio de la Moreira, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Plaza de la Villa, the Royal Palace, Cibeles and Neptuno fountains and the Puerta de Alcala as well as the contemporary Madrid like the Gran via, Salamanca district, Plaza Castilla and others. Overnight in Madrid. Accommodation.

Day 4MADRID – CÓRDOBA – SEVILLA

After breakfast transfer to the departure point at Plaza de Espana 7. At 08:30 a.m. we depart driving along the land of Don Quixote “The Man from La Mancha” to Córdoba, the most authentic Andalucian town. Visit the famous Mosque and Jewish Quarter with its charming alleys and white washed patios adorned by many flowers. Continue to Seville. Dinner and accommodation in Seville.

Day 5SEVILLA

Breakfast. Monumental and Panoramic city tour: Cathedral from outside, Santa Cruz Quarter, the scene of Carmen, Maria Luisa Gardens and the Spanish square with its elegant buildings. Afternoon at leisure for you to discover the city on your own possibly see the Royal palace or wonder around its orange tree lined streets and white washed old town. Dinner and accommodation. Optional Flamenco tour in Seville.

Day 6SEVILLA – RONDA – COSTA DEL SOL

Breakfast. Departure from Sevilla passing by typical Andalucian villages to arrive at the ancient hilltop town of Ronda. Time at leisure to admire this town of Celtic origin and the marvelous view of the valley and mountain range around. Continue to Costa del Sol. Afternoon at leisure. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 7COSTA DEL SOL – GRANADA

Breakfast. Departure to Granada. Visit of La Alhambra and Generalife Gardens, the last stronghold of the Moorish Kingdoms up to 1492, a marvelous complex of lace-like rooms, fountains, rose gardens and evergreen garden-rooms. This site is one of the most celebrated one all over Spain and the Moorish world, an important UNESCO World Heritage monument. Dinner and accommodation. Optional Gipsy night tour in Granada.

Day 8GRANADA - TOLEDO - MADRID

Breakfast. Departure towards the Imperial City of Toledo (World Heritage city), where the three cultures of Spain: Christians, Moorish and Jewish have lived together in piece during the Middle Ages. After lunch, an interesting tour of the most important city monuments, its narrow streets and the famous “Damasquinado” (gold and silver inlaying in iron). Continue to Madrid and transfer to your hotel. Accommodation.
