Early departure to Essaouira. Visit of this city once known as capital of the hippies and which is full of Portuguese history as a harbour city with the most ancient fortified port in the world still preserved. Fish lunch (Optional) Afternoon, departure to Casablanca passing by the Atlantic road, with several stops in Oualidia & El Jadida. According to arrival time, orientation tour of the city former fortress of Mazagan Which was built by the Portuguese & possibility to visit the Portuguese Cistern. Late arrival to Casablanca. Dinner & Accommodation.
Visit the Economic Capital:Casablanca. See the Central Market, the Habous district, the Royal Palace, the Mohamed V square, the residential area of Anfa and the outside of the Mosque Hassan II. Departure to Meknes. Optional lunch. Then visit of the Ismailia capital, which has the longer ramparts in Morocco (40 km) : the famous Bab Mansour gate, the Royal Stables and the Jewish quarter. Continuation to Fez. Dinner and accommodation.
The whole day is devoted to the spiritual capital, including the Medieval Medina, Attarine or Bou Anania Medersa, the Nejjarine fountain, the Moulay Idriss mausoleum and the outside Karaouine Mosque. Typical lunch (optional) in a traditional restaurant located in the heart of Medina. Afternoon, continuation of the visit of the souks and Fez Jdid. Dinner and accommodation at your hotel.
Departure to the holy city of Moulay Driss via the ruins of Volubilis, the Roman City. Departure to Rabat, the Administrative Capital Visit of the Royal Palace (Mechouar), the Oudayas Garden & Kasbah, the Mohamed V Mausoleum, the Hassan Tower Mosque. Optional fish lunch. Continuation to Marrakesh through the high-way. Arrival at Marrakech, check-in, dinner & accommodation.
Full day tour of Marrakech, the second oldest Imperial city called «the pearl of the south”.The historical sightseeing includes the Menara Garden, the Saadian Tombs, the Bahia Palace, the Koutoubia and The Dar Si Said Museum. Lunch at the hotel. Afternoon, visit of the souks and handicraft quarters, then visit of the famous Jemaa el-Fna Square with its non stop entertainment.
Departure to Ait Benhaddou through Tizi N’tichka pass (2260m of altitude). Visit of the famous kasbah used for many great movies. This Kasbah is UNESCO Heritage Lunch (optional) on the spot facing the Kasbah.. Continuation to Zagora crossing the Draa valley. Dinner & accommodation at the hotel.
Departure to Tamegroute, visit of the Pottery Center. Departure to Erfoud, through Tansikht and Nkotb where splendid sceneries of pre-saharan and Berber villages. Lunch (optional) at Tazzarine, small Berber village. Afternoon, continuation to Erfoud via the villages of Alnif and Rissani, birthplace of the present Alaouites Dynasty. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
In case the previous night was spent in the hotel in Erfoud, we propose an optional excursion by 4×4 cars to Merzouga to admire the sunrise on the top of the sandy dunes.Departure to Tinghir, visit of its magnificent Todra Canyons which rocks reach an altitude of 250 meters. Lunch (optional) at a restaurant located at the foot of the canyons. Afternoon, departure to Ouarzazate via the road of the 1000 Kasbahs passing by Kalaat M’Gouna & the Skoura village. Dinner & accommodation at the hotel.
