We will charge a Euro or US $200 deposit per person for regular bookings or, Euro or US$400 per person for music packages and cruises, on all credit card (s) for all reservations, 40 days or more prior to departure date. For bookings within 40 days prior to departure, full payment will be charged to your credit card(s). These funds are 100% non-refundable if your booking request is confirmed by us within 72 business hours. There will be no charge if the requested tour/package/cruise is sold out. We will contact you with the official confirmation within 72 business hours. After the confirmation your funds are non-refundable. We highly recommend cancellation insurance. Cancellation insurance provides you with reimbursement in case there is a medical reason for canceling your trip. It also provides protection in case your flights are delayed and you miss some of the days of your tour/package/cruise program. We suggest that you go ahead and make your airline reservations but recommend that you do not make any payment to the airlines until your tour/package/cruise is confirmed by us.
