Itinerary: - Barcelona - Madrid - Salamanca - Portugal
1ST DAY (Wednesday) – BARCELONA – ZARAGOZA - MADRIDDeparture from our bus Terminal located in Gran Vía 645, at 08.30AM., towards Zaragoza. Free time to visit The Basilica of our Lady of The Pilar, Patroness of Hispanity and to see the old quarters of the city. In the afternoon, continue to Madrid. Overnight.
2ND DAY (Thursday) – MADRID
Breakfast and overnight. In the morning panoramic city tour where we will see Spain Square, the University Complex, the West Park , Casa de Campo, the Morish Quarters, Orient Square, Main Square, The Sun Gate , Neptune, Atocha, Alcala Gate, the Senorial Retiro Park, the Ventas Bull Ring, Columbus Square, Castellana Avenue, the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, Cibeles Square and the Gran Via Avenue. Afternoon at leisure to explore Madrid or attend an excursion in the outskirts of Madrid to Toledo.
3RD DAY (Friday) – MADRID
Breakfast and overnight. Day at leisure to explore Madrid or to visit near the outskirts of the city El Escorial. Also you can attend many of the shows and musicales in Madrid.
4TH DAY (Saturday) – MADRID – AVILA – SALAMANCA
Breakfast. Departure for Ávila, World Heritage Site and birthplace of Santa Teresa de Jesus. His great Roman wall surrounding the city and keeps much of its monumental treasures. Free time to enjoy this jewel of the Middle Ages. Then exit to Salamanca, a university city par excellence, known worldwide for it and for its artistic richness: cathedrals, palaces, churches of various styles. In the afternoon we will make the city tour including the Plaza Mayor, Casa de las Conchas, the New Cathedral, the Old Cathedral and University. At night you can enjoy the lively atmosphere of this city. Accommodation.
5TH DAY (Sunday) – SALAMANCA – CIUDAD RODRIGO – COIMBRA
Breakfast at hotel. Departure towards the border town of Ciudad Rodrigo with Portugal to continue via Guarda until we reach the University city of Coimbra, one of the oldest in Europe and once the capital of Portugal. Free time to admire their narrow streets, hanging houses, palaces, chapels and churches, which is a must to see. Overnight.

6TH DAY (Monday) – COIMBRA – FATIMA – OBIDOS – LISBON
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Fatima, well know for the Santuary of our Lady of Fatima, patroness of Portugal. Free time to visit the Basilica and continue our trip to the beautiful medieval city of Obidos, where we can explore the cobblestone streets and red roofed white houses, sheltered by the impressive city walls. Our next stop will be in Lisbon, the capital city of Portugal, located on the right bank of the Tagus River. Night optional tour dinner fado show, the national song of Portugal and a must to see. Overnight.
7TH DAY (Tuesday) – LISBON
Breakfast and overnight, In the morning included a panoramic city tour of Lisbon, passing through the Alfama district, birthplace of St. Anthonyand once the old Moorish Quarters, the Belem Tower symbol of Lisbon and the Jeronimous Monastery. Afternoon at leisure. Possibility of an optional tour to see the 3 most visited towns on the outskirts of Lisbon, Sintra world Heritage Town, Cascais and Estoril.
8TH DAY (Wednesday) – LISBON – CÁCERES - MADRID
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure towards the Spanish border to arrive to the World Heritage city of Caceres, with uncalculatable historic buildings dating back from the 14th and 16th century. The old quarters is one of the 3 best conserved medieval quarters in Europe. Tour on foot to see the Plaza Mayor and the old medival district. After our tour we will proceed back to Madrid. Overnight.
9TH DAY (Thursday) – MADRID – BARCELONA
Breakfast at hotel. Free time to continue visiting the city until time scheduled to depart by train back to Barcelona. END OF OUR SERVICES.
