1 ST DAY
Tuesday MADRID CORDOBA SEVILLE
Departure from downtown bus at 9 a.m. Those who booked one of the hotels
offered in conjunction with the tour, will be picked up at their hotel.
Drive through the land of La Mancha.
Brief stop at the typical site of Don Quixote. Continue towards the
south of Spain, crossing through the impressive gorge of Despeρaperros,
gateway to the n Region. Our next stop will be in Cordoba, declared
World Heritage. We have a tour with our local guide included and will take a stroll through the Jewish Quarters and then visit the
world renowned Mosque famous for its many columns collected from
different parts of the world, a UNESCO World Heritage site. - entrance included. In the afternoon
proceed to Seville. Overnight. Time at leisure to explore the quaint
streets and squares of Seville.
2ND DAY Wednesday SEVILLE
Breakfast and overnight. Morning panoramic and monumental city tour of
Anadalucia's capital driving by the
Maria Luisas Park, The University, Americas Square and The Pavilions
built in 1929 for the Iberoamerican Fair. Following the panoramic tour
we will continue on foot from the Murillo Gardens towards the old Santa
Cruz quarters. Brief stop. We will then proceed to the Cathedral,
burial place of Christopher Columbius
- entrance included - where we will also see the symbol of
Seville, The Giralda Tower once the minaret of the Mosque and today the
belfry of the Cathedral. Afternoon at leisure where you can attend an
optional artistic tour. Other suggestion would be to visit the
stunningly beautiful Alzacar royal palace (on your own) with its carved
rooms and lovely gardens, the oldest still functioning royal palace in
the world. In the evening possibility of attending
the finest Flamenco Show in Spain.
3RD DAY Thursday SEVILLE CADIZ - JEREZ GIBRALTAR
COSTA DEL SOL
Breakfast al hotel. Departure to Cadiz, the most
southern and ancient city in Europe looking like almost an island
surrounded by sea. After a short panoramic tour of the 3000 year old
city we continue to Jerez, heart of the Sherry wine producing region where we will visit the famous wine cellars/
bodegas. Continuing on to on the Bull Route, Ruta del Toro we will
arrive at the border of Gibraltar, La Linea. Free time to cross the
border to the British city of Gibraltar with the famous Penon and
fantastic views over to the African coast. In the afternoon, departure
to Spain's best known beaches on the Costa del Sol. Dinner and
accommodation on the Costa del Sol.

4TH DAY Friday COSTA DEL SOL
Breakfast, dinner and overnight. Days at leisure in this world renowned
touristic complex situated between the Mediterranean and the mountains.
You can enjoy the magnificent beaches one of the finest in Europe, its
marinas and also sea shore cafes and restaurants.
5th DAY Saturday COSTA DEL SOL
Day at leisure, breakfast an dinner.
6TH DAY Sunday COSTA DEL SOL ALGECIRAS TANGIER RABAT
Breakfast at the hotel. Pick up at your hotels and drive to Tarifa to
take the ferry across the "Gate of the Mediterranean" the Strait of
Gibraltar to Tangier, Morocco. On arrival at Tangier
brief panoramic city tour to get acquainted with the unique cultural of
the city, Moroccan but with a strong European influence. Walk along the
labyrinth-like maze of its streets characteristic of Morocco, then continue to Rabat, the actual capital of Morocco. Panoramic
city tour passing through the Royal Palace, Imperial Mausoleum of
Mohamed V, The Tower of Hassan and the fortress or the Kasbah des Oudaias. Dinner and overnight
7TH DAY Monday RABAT CASABLANCA MARRAKECH
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Casablanca, the economic, industrial
and financial capital of the country, also an important port. Panoramic
tour of this legendary and cosmopolitan city driving by the Corniche and
the original Casa Blanca. After our tour free time
to see the Impressive Mosque of Hassan II, the 3rd. largest in the
world. Continue to Marrakech. Dinner and overnight.
8TH DAY Tuesday MARRAKECH
Breakfast, lunch and overnight. Morning city tour of this Imperial City,
seeing the Koutoubia Tower (twin sister tower of The Giralda Tower in
Seville ), the Saadianas Tombs, The Bahia Palace and the unique
Djemaa Square, declared Cultural Heritage for Humanity, a true example
of the Moroccan ways of life and culture, where you can admire the
musicians, snake charmers, acrobats, dancers, etc. Afternoon free at
leisure to enjoy this impressive pink city on your own with its lively
souks of thousands of venders selling anything from local artifacts to
spices and herbs and much more. Overnight in Marrakesh.
9TH DAY Wednesday MARRAKECH MEKNES FEZ
Breakfast at hotel. Depart to Meknes, capital city during the reign of
the Sultan King Muley Ismail, founder of the Alauita Dynasty, Meknes now
is a UNESCO declared
Cultural Heritage for Humanity. An impressive city surrounded by high
walls with monumental entrances. Panoramic tour of this city where we
can admire The Bab Al Mansour Gate entrance of the old walls, the most
exquisite of the North of Africa, the Granaries and Stables and the
Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail. Continue to Fez. Dinner and overnight.
10TH DAY Thursday FEZ
Breakfast, lunch and overnight. In the morning, panoramic
city tour of Fez, headquarters of the oldest University in the world,
founded in 859 AD founded by a woman. Passing through the Jewish and Christian districts, the seven doors of
the Royal Palace and the Gran Medina of Fez, the biggest pedestrian
medieval medina in the world declared World Heritage place, we will visit the Madraza (Muslim Institute) from the XIV century. Afternoon at leisure.
11TH DAY Friday FEZ TANGIER TARIFA/ALGECIRAS COSTA DEL SOL
Breakfast at hotel. Depart to Tangier to embark on a ferry crossing the
Strait of Gibraltar towards Tarifa / Algeciras. Disembark and continue
to La Costa del Sol. Dinner and overnight.
12TH DAY Saturday COSTA DEL SOL GRANADA
Breakfast at the hotel. Free time till midmorning, then departure to
Granada at the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountain
Range. Tour of the most visited monument in Spain a declared World
Heritage Site, the Alhambra, with its opulent rooms and fantastic views, stunning testimony of former Moorish power
on the Iberian peninsula. We will be seeing the Nazarite Palaces
with their stalactite adorned rooms and
the lovely Generalife Gardens with hidden pools, fountains, flowers
and cypress trees connected to the palace rooms - entrance included. Overnight.
13TH DAY Sunday GRANADA ALICANTE VALENCIA
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Alicante, a popular seaside resort
city. Driving through
Alicante we can admire its unique location surrounded by mountains and the sea
with elegant promenades.
Continue to Valencia. Overnight.
14TH DAY Monday VALENCIA BARCELONA
Breakfast at the hotel and possibility of signing up for the optional
city tour of Valencia, a city of Avant-garde knwons for the international Fallas
Festival and of the works of the Valencia architect Santiago Calatrava,
who designed The Arts and Science Complex.
Departure to Barcelona, capital of Cataluρa, a lively cosmopolitan city
famous for Gaudi's art and its easy-going way of life. Overnight.
15TH DAY Tuesday BARCELONA
Breakfast and overnight. In the morning, panoramic city tour of
Barcelona, visiting Spain Square, Montjuic, where we will have a brief
stop to admire a magnificent view of the city and its port, after
which we will continue towards Columbus Avenue and then to the
Historical Gothic Quarters. Walking tour through St. Jaume square, the
town hall and the Gothic Cathedral. Afternoon at leisure to enjoy this
cosmopolitan city or sign up for the Gaudi artistic tour including the
16TH DAY Wednesday BARCELONA ZARAGOZA MADRID
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Zaragoza. Free time to see on your
own the Basilica of our Lady of The Pilar, patroness of the Hispanic
Culture and also stroll through the old town to discover the quaint
streets of Zaragoza. In the afternoon departure to Madrid, after arrival,
tour ends. Those who booked the hotels offered in conjunction of the
tour will be dropped off at the hotel. Optional extra night in Madrid can be arranged.
