CRUISE SHIP DESCRIPTIONS

MS AMADAGIO*****  Cruise Ship

The brand new MS Amadagio sets new standards in European river cruising and offers a number of features, no other European river cruise ship can match. The ship was designed and built in Holland by Europe's best ship builders and under the watchful eyes of Europe's top Caterers. It truly is a remarkable ship and will make your cruise experience unforgettable.
On board the MS Amadagio you will enjoy the luxury of more space than on any other cruise ship in Europe. There are 2 lounges located on the upper deck where you can enjoy panoramic river views, the Panorama Lounge which accommodates up to 150 passengers, and the smaller
Adagio Lounge which is perfect for groups and located in a glassed-in wellness area featuring a Fitness Center and a Massage and Beauty Salon. The ship has an elevator as well as bicycles on board for you to enjoy, while exploring on shore. View the passing scenery from the Sun deck while lounging in one of the deck chairs, walk a few laps on the walking track or sip a cocktail and relax in the whirlpool. Part of the Sun deck can stay open even when cruising under the low bridges of the Main-Danube Canal.

Inside your tastefully decorated cabin, you'll find all the amenities of a fine hotel, white-on-white plush bedding with down pillows and down duvet, a cozy sitting area, direct-dial telephone, flat-screen TV with local and satellite channels, internet access, safe, individually controlled airconditioning and ample closet space. All 75 staterooms are outside; 62 (82%) feature French balconies.

Although rarely found on European river cruise ships, suites aboard the MS Amadagio are extra spacious - 255 square feet. They feature a sitting area with a sofa and two chairs, floor-to-ceiling windows with French balcony and a luxurious, extra spacious bathroom with
bathtub and shower. The suites sell quickly, so early reservations are recommended. Enjoy white-on-white plush bedding with down duvets and down pillows.

What is new on the Amadagio:
- Internet access in every cabin
- Flat-screen TVs in every cabin
- 25 bicycles on board
- Elevator (upper and middle deck only)

- Glassed-in wellness area with panoramic river views on the Violin Deck including Adagio Lounge and Bar, Fitness Center, Massage and Hair Salon

The MS Amalegro debuted in 2007, joining the MS Amadagio (2006). Since then, two more new ships were added to the deluxe fleet, the MS Amadante and MS Amacello. Two more new ships, the MS Amadolce and MS Amalyra were built in 2009. These vessels set new standards in European river cruising and offer a number of features which no other European river cruise ship can match. Each vessel carries 148 passengers in unequaled luxury, comfort and style and is staffed by a highly-trained professional crew, with an ongoing emphasis on personal service.

These vessels feature an array of amenities specifically designed for comfort, convenience and luxury on the great waterways of Europe.

The latest high-tech features onboard:

BICYCLES: Each ship has plenty of bicycles onboard which can be used by passengers, free of charge, to explore the small towns. Most regions offer well-maintained bicycle paths along the river.
WELLNESS AREA: Located in the aft area of the Violin Deck, this generously designed space includes a glassed-in fitness room, massage and beauty salon; the aft lounge with modern wicker furniture and French doors to enjoy the fresh river air.
ELEVATOR: Each ship has an elevator, which very few river cruise ships feature. The elevator reaches four different levels: the Restaurant level (1), the Staterooms on the Cello Deck (2), the Lobby and Panorama Lounge (3) and the Staterooms on the Violin Deck (4).
INFOTAINMENT SYSTEMS: Every stateroom is equipped with monitor, keyboard with Internet access, English language TV stations, a large movie selection and numerous music programs. Our satellite telephone system allows you to call home for a nominal fee.
STATEROOMS: Inside your exquisitely decorated stateroom, you'll find all the amenities of a fine hotel with white-on-white plush bedding, a cozy sitting area, Infotainment System, hair dryer, safe, terry bathrobes, individually controlled air-conditioning and ample closet space. All staterooms and Jr. Suites are outside; over 82% feature large French balconies, which are a true delight when relaxing in your stateroom.
JUNIOR SUITES: Although rarely found on European river cruise ships, Junior Suites aboard our ships are extra spacious at 255 square feet. They feature a comfortable sitting area with a sofa and two chairs, floor-to-ceiling windows with French balconies and luxurious, extra spacious bathrooms with bathtubs and showers. The suites sell quickly, so early reservations are recommended.
